Continue supporting the mission while preparing for your civilian career. OISFederal is a brand of Obey Imaging Supplies, Inc., an authorized SkillBridge provider offering hands-on training in federal sales and account management.
Participants learn how to identify customer needs, research products, work with suppliers, prepare quotes, and support orders through delivery. The objective is to develop practical, transferable sales skills while helping customers save time, control costs, and obtain the right products when they need them.
Training combines coaching, observation, guided practice, and progressively independent work. Participants should expect supervised customer conversations during their first week, based on readiness and the approved training plan.
Participation is subject to applicable military eligibility requirements and command approval. Participants will not use their military position, rank, or access to solicit business and will not conduct sales outreach to their current military branch. Post-service employment may be considered based on performance, mutual fit, and available positions; employment is not guaranteed.

Experience in sales, customer service, procurement, or military operations can be valuable. We also welcome candidates who can demonstrate the discipline and willingness to learn.
